Refund / Return Policy
- Damaged/incorrect shipment: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide video documentation of the unboxing taken at the time of opening. Requests without proof may be denied.
- Lost in transit: Replace after carrier claim window / tracking criteria
- Returned-to-sender: Reship fee or refund minus shipping and 25% restocking fee.
- No returns on opened or temperature-exposed items.
