3. Product Disclaimer

Rock Compounds, LLC operates solely as a chemical supplier.

The company is not a compounding pharmacy or compounding facility under Section 503A of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, nor is it an outsourcing facility under Section 503B of the same Act.

All products are provided for research purposes only and are not approved by the FDA for human or animal use.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to logos, product names, text, graphics, and website design, are the intellectual property of Rock Compounds, LLC and protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

No material may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.

5. Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.

You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all purchases made.

Rock Compounds, LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including those that may violate applicable laws or these Terms.

6. Refunds & Returns

• Damaged or incorrect shipment: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide video documentation of the unboxing taken at the time of opening. Requests without proof may be denied.
• Lost in transit: Replacement issued after carrier claim window or tracking criteria are met.
• Returned-to-sender: Reship fee applies, or refund minus shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
• No returns on opened or temperature-exposed items.
• All other sales are final.

7. Compliance and Responsibility

You agree to use our products and Services in full compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

You assume all risks associated with improper use, handling, or storage of any products purchased.
