Refund / Return Policy
- Damaged or incorrect shipment: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide video documentation of the unboxing taken at the time of opening. Requests without proof may be denied.
- Lost in transit: Replacement issued after carrier claim window or tracking criteria are met.
- Returned-to-sender: Reship fee applies, or refund minus shipping and a 25% restocking fee.
- No returns on opened or temperature-exposed items.
- All other sales are final.
